Ever feel like your brain has had enough, but the world keeps throwing more stuff at you? That’s exactly the feeling I wanted to capture with Overload.

I drew a pigeon that’s completely surrounded by information. There’s a tube feeding data straight into its ear, an antenna on its head picking up even more signals, music playing in the background, and even the shadow has something to say. Because apparently, there’s no escape from the noise.

I made this illustration about feeling overwhelmed and overstimulated by all the little things happening around us. Notifications, sounds, thoughts, conversations, endless information… sometimes it all piles up until you just want everyone to shut up for five minutes.

I like turning feelings that are sometimes difficult to explain into something a little ridiculous and funny. And honestly, I think this pigeon says it better than I could.
